This Coeur d’Alene landscape project was all about finishing the property with a clean, connected, and functional outdoor space. The homeowners wanted to bring everything together—creating a seamless flow from the front of the home to the backyard with thoughtful design, beautiful plantings, and lasting materials.
Our team at Cross Creek handled the full design and build, transforming every section of the property into a cohesive experience.
The primary goal for this project was simple: complete the outdoor space with intentional landscaping that tied everything together. That meant solving for function, curb appeal, and long-term beauty—without overcomplicating the design.
Paver Pathways: Custom paver paths lead from the driveway to the front door and continue around to the backyard, creating natural transitions and enhancing usability.
Water Feature at the Entry: A peaceful, welcoming water feature near the front door adds sound and movement for a calming first impression.
Boulder Accents: Strategically placed boulders add texture and weight to the landscape, helping define planting areas and anchor the hillside.
Hillside Landscaping: Layered beds and carefully selected plantings bring life to the sloped areas of the property, adding dimension and softening the grade.
Night Lighting: A full low-voltage lighting system was installed to highlight pathways, the water feature, and focal planting zones—creating a landscape that shines after dark.
Brandon led the build as foreman, overseeing everything from layout and hardscaping to lighting and plant installation. The crew worked in phases across the entire property to ensure flow and consistency.
The result is a clean, well-lit, and fully connected landscape that not only meets the client’s needs—but elevates the entire property.
